International Women's day 2023

A celebration for all women, this is the inaugural festival that will become an annual event. I was invited to embody the fierce energy, strength, and unity of women in art. This event combines visual art and music in a yearly celebration. Promotion includes both an online social media campaign and printed materials such as invitations, tickets, and posters spread around Guernsey. I chose to incorporate halftones, bold colours, and bold typography, along with the personal touch of cursive typography, to highlight a social and personal struggle that has accompanied us throughout history.
